The hotel is located in Venice Mestre, close to the railway station and about 20 minutes from Venice Island. It is a traditional building situated in a quiet area. Both reception and lobby areas are furnished and decorated in a very traditional style. The reception desk is made of wood with a tiled floor, the lobby area has a few colourful sofas. There is also a modern American bar.
All the 70 bedrooms have the following facilities; television, direct dial telephone, air conditiong. The rooms are basic, with carpeted floors and wooden furniture. Restaurant: It looks quite spacious.
