Hotel Tiziano is situated in a very interesting part of Venice, not yet discovered by the crowds of tourists but still home of the venetians. Close by there is one of the most ancient churches of Venice like the San Nicolo' dei Mendicoli, dated back to the VII century. In the area there are plenty of bars and restaurants and shops of different kinds, included those traditional shops which have nearly disappeared from the historical centre. San Marco is about 20 minutes away by public boat. The closest boat stops are Santa Marta or San Basilio. Piazzale Roma with its car parks and boat or bus terminals is just 10 minutes walking distance. From Piazzale Roma or the train station Santa Marta boat stop is the closest and boat lines 41,51,62 stop there. Boat line 82 stops at San Basilio.
Hotel Tiziano offers to its guests fourteen rooms, located in three floors, with nice views on the large Calle di Rielo, on the Terese Canal or on a romantic inner courtyard. All rooms are furnished with fine Venetian style and boast original wooden beams and Venetian marble floors, they vary in size and are in excellent condition. The modern bathrooms are also in excellent condition. There is a junior suite that can accomodate a family of up to 5 people. Rooms are bright and luminous, equipped with all the modern facilities including internet connection. There are two comfortable rooms for disabled on the ground floor.
