The exterior of the building is not too disimilar from most of the other architecture in Venice. The hotel is made up of two parts, one is a four storey red building, the other is a smaller yellow building. There is a garden patio area to the front of the red block and the hotel sits on the banks of one of Venice's many canals.
The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the Piazza San Marco and also the Theatre La Fenice. The rooms are large in size and are furnished in a mixture of traditional and modern style with pastel colours. The style is simple, all rooms have parquet floor and are sound-proof.
